We accept returns of unused merchandise in original packaging within 14 days for a full refund.  Jewelry, discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Online Purchases:

We accept returns of unused merchandise in original packaging within 14 days of arrival for a full refund. Jewelry, discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Return shipping charges may apply.

If your products arrived damaged, please email us within 48 hours at megan@theanchorandsail.com with photos of your items.
