We take our organically grown Stone Hollow Farmstead berries, picked at the peak of ripeness, and let them dance a bit with champagne and red wine vinegar, sugar, and honey. Organic chocolate mint and hand-scraped vanilla beans coax the mixture into something altogether sublime!
